Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

What if I forget my password?
On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a new page where you can begin the process of password recovery.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
Can I change my online order after placing order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order! If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to email our customer care team who will then advise you on how to return it for a gift voucher. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. If you are on vacation, please have your purchase sent to your residential address rather than your vacation address. Occasionally it can take some time to clear customs and you don’t want to miss your purchase!
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
What to do if I have received an incorrect item?
The item you received is not the one you ordered? Concerned about your satisfaction and the quality of our services, we invite you to contact our Customer Service while indicating:
- the date and the number of your order;
- the name or the description of the incorrect item received;
- the name of the article expected.
We will process your request promptly and will get back to you in order to proceed with the replacement as far as possible.
What if my item is faulty?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our Customer Service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.

How long is delivery?
Once your parcel has left our HQ, it will arrive to you in approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at the checkout. International orders will take between 1-3 weeks.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking email as many customers have found that it is treated as spam. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us by ‘live chat’ or by emailing email@example.com to receive your tracking number.
What if I am not at home when my order is placed?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, the freight compagny will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Post branch to pick up your parcel.
Post are now offering the parcel locker service, where if you're not at home and want to collect your parcel from a more convenient location 24 hours a day, you are able to send your parcel to a parcel locker.
For international orders, if no card is left, you should check with your local post office, as all international deliveries require a signature.
What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive, or is lost in transit?
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of the freight company. Frenetic Deals is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

- Check out the link of shipping confirmation email in order to know where your parcel is.
- Check the accuracy of the delivery address that you entered on your account at the time of order.
- Check with your neighbours to make sure they have not recovered the package in your absence.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by 1OO% secured airmail. You will be able to track your parcel the whole time and you will receive your order within 7-14 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
